The Maltese cross is the firefighter's badge of honor. Your department initials sit in the four arms of the cross, your company or station number is stitched bold in the center, and "Fire" and "Rescue" arch across the top and bottom.

Tell us your department letters and number, add a name to the back if you want it, and pick the cap it goes on.

Richardson 168 7-Panel Trucker — 60/40 cotton/poly front, 100% polyester mesh back, seven panels, structured high-profile shape, flat bill, cotton sweatband, adjustable snapback.
Richardson 256 Rope Cap — 85/15 cotton/nylon, five panels, structured Gramps shape, flat bill, UPF 50+, cotton sweatband, adjustable snapback.
Sport-Tek YP Classics Trucker (STC38) — 60/40 cotton/poly front panels, 100% polyester mesh back, structured, high-profile, Permacurv bill, 7-position adjustable snapback.
Flexfit 6277 — 63/34/3 polyester/cotton/spandex twill, structured six-panel, mid-profile, fitted.

The Richardson and Sport-Tek styles are adjustable and fit most heads. The Flexfit and New Era styles are fitted or stretch-fit, so check the size range before you order.

Wash & Care
Spot clean with cool water and a soft cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Do not iron the embroidery. Reshape and air dry.

All purchases are final. Please double-check your style, size, and color selections before checking out.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).

We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).

Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days. Of course that depends on the complexity of your design, products chosen and quantity ordered.

This timeframe is only an estimate is is subject to change based on proof approval, invoice payment, size of your order and our current workload.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).

We utilize both UPS and USPS for shipments.
