Orders

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address entered at checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder and if you're still not finding it, reach out to customer service - they here to help!

You will also receive an email confirming shipping with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Absolutely! We are more than happy to ship orders directly to your client.

When placing your order, enter their address as the shipping address and your address as the billing address.

If ordering multiple gifts to send to different addresses/clients, you will need to place each order individually.

If requested in the "Order Notes" at checkout, our design team will send you a proof within 48 business hours.

Your order will not be sent to production until we receive your proof approval. Please note that a delay in approving your proof will delay the production timeframe.

Our products are all engraved in our Reading, Pennsylvania studio. We source our products from vendors both inside the US as well as other areas around the world. 

This will be considered on a case by case basis. Not all products will be accepted due to uncertainty of how it will engrave.

Yes! Bulk pricing usually starts at a minimum quantity of 12 pieces. See the individual product page for more details on pricing tiers.

Shipping

If you need your order faster than our 5-7 business day production timeframe + expedited shipping, reach out to customer service and they'll see if we can rush your order (additional fees may apply).

Yes, local pick up is available in our Reading, PA (19606) showroom. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

The following excludes production time:

  • Economy: 4-6 business days
  • Standard UPS® Ground: 3-6 business days based on location
  • Express UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2-3 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air®: 1-2 business days

*Berks Imprints Group is not responsible for delays in transit time due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting us or any of our carriers, for any lost or stolen packages, nor for any other delays, non-deliveries or mis-deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

We utilize UPS® and UPS SurePost®. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Government holidays are not counted as transit time.

Shipping is not available to international destinations.

We offer free shipping on most items when you spend $150+.

If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to customer service.
