Roles we hire for
Sales & Account Management Building and maintaining relationships with first responder departments, schools, teams, and local businesses — quoting jobs, understanding what each customer needs, and managing accounts from the first order through reorders.
Production & Decoration Decorating apparel and promotional products across our methods — embroidery, screen printing, DTF, and UV/laser — with the consistency and durability our customers count on.
Graphic Design Preparing production-ready artwork and digitized files, building customer proofs, and making sure logos and designs are sized, colored, and placed correctly for each decoration method.
Order Processing & Verification Keeping orders accurate from quote to shipment — confirming sizes, quantities, artwork, and deadlines, and catching issues before they reach the production floor.
Shipping & Fulfillment Packing, labeling, and shipping completed orders on schedule, coordinating bulk and team orders, and keeping fulfillment organized as jobs move out the door.
