Logo Upload
Upload your front logo and back design separately. They can be identical, completely different, or a combination (logo on front, text on back). Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the sharpest results, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files work too.
Decoration Specs
Front decoration prints on the left chest, up to 4" wide. Back decoration prints full-back, up to 12" wide. When selecting your pack size on the product page, you'll also choose between two decoration options: 1-color print (base price, best for simple logos and text) or Full-color print (upgraded option, best for photo-quality logos, gradients, or designs with 3+ colors). Both methods produce durable, long-lasting decoration that survives repeated washing.
Sizing
Select your size breakdown (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL) directly on the product page before adding to cart. Mix any sizes within your pack to fit your team's needs. Extended sizes (2XL and up) carry a small upcharge, calculated at checkout.

Yes. All custom-decorated apparel orders are final once production begins. Because every piece is decorated specifically for your department, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after proof approval. Review your proofs carefully — that's your last chance to make changes.
1-color printing uses one ink color per location (front and back). Full-Color printing uses transfer printing that handles unlimited colors, gradients, and photo-quality detail. Most simple logos work great with 1-color. Choose Full-Color printing if your design has multiple colors, gradients, photos, or fine color detail.
Embroidery reproduces bold shapes and clean lines well. Fine details smaller than 1/4 inch, thin script fonts, and subtle gradients don't translate — thread has physical limitations that pixels don't. We'll show you exactly how your logo will stitch out in your proof, and we'll flag anything that needs simplification before production.
We carry 23 standard thread colors and will match the closest available options to your artwork. You'll see the color match in your proof before we stitch anything. If you need a precise Pantone match, custom thread sourcing is available as an upgrade — message the team for a quote.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give us the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG works for DTF transfers. If all you have is a low-res JPEG or a photo of your patch or station flag, we can rebuild it — vector recreation is $35 if needed.
The $50 embroidery digitizing setup converts your logo into a stitch-ready embroidery file. It's a one-time fee — once your department's logo is in our system, every reorder skips this step. The fee covers files up to 10,000 stitches, which fits most department logos fine. Larger or more complex designs may require a quote adjustment.
Yes. Back decoration is available at checkout as an upgrade. Common back options include last names, apparatus numbers, or a secondary department design.
