Yes. After you order, we create a digital proof of your logo on your chosen hat and email it to you for approval. We will adjust placement, sizing, and thread colors and revise until you are happy.
Most orders are produced in about 10 business days after you approve your proof. Larger orders or peak seasons can run slightly longer, and we will tell you upfront if anything affects your timeline.
No. Setup and logo digitizing are included in your price. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise art charges.
For the cleanest embroidery, upload a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG). A high-resolution PNG or JPG can work for simpler logos. Please avoid photos or screenshots, since low-resolution images do not translate well into stitching. If you are not sure your file will work, send it over and we will check it before we start.
The minimum is 6 hats, and each set of 6 covers one logo. If you need more than one design, order at least 6 of each. Pricing drops automatically as your quantity goes up.
Sometimes, depending on our current production schedule. If you have a firm in-hands date, email hello@berksimprints.com before you order and we will confirm what is possible and whether a rush fee applies.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Your order ships once production is complete, and most packages arrive within a few business days after leaving the facility.
