Logo Upload
You'll upload two files: one for the front (left chest) and one for the back (full back). They can be the same logo, different designs, or a combination of your department seal and unit/shift text. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with vector paths) reproduce best, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files work if that's what you have. The team will reach out if there's a file quality issue before starting production.
Decoration Specs
Front placement is left chest, up to 4 inches wide. Back placement is full back, up to 12 inches wide. When adding to cart, you'll choose between 1-color print (base price for each pack size) or Full-color print (upgraded option for each pack size). 1-color is the standard choice for most department logos — clean, durable, cost-effective. Full-color DTF is best for photo-quality logos, gradients, or designs with three or more colors that need exact color matching. Both decoration methods produce long-lasting prints that survive the wash cycle.
Sizing
Sizes S through 4XL are available. You'll specify your size breakdown on the product page using the size selector before adding to cart. Mix any combination of sizes within your pack — for example, a 24-piece pack could be 2 Small, 6 Medium, 8 Large, 6 XL, and 2 2XL. Extended sizes (2XL and above) carry a small upcharge that's calculated at checkout and passed through from the supplier.

1-color printing uses one ink color per location (front and back). Full-Color printing uses transfer printing that handles unlimited colors, gradients, and photo-quality detail. Most simple logos work great with 1-color. Choose Full-Color printing if your design has multiple colors, gradients, photos, or fine color detail.
Embroidery reproduces bold shapes and clean lines well. Fine details smaller than 1/4 inch, thin script fonts, and subtle gradients don't translate — thread has physical limitations that pixels don't. We'll show you exactly how your logo will stitch out in your proof, and we'll flag anything that needs simplification before production.
We carry 23 standard thread colors and will match the closest available options to your artwork. You'll see the color match in your proof before we stitch anything. If you need a precise Pantone match, custom thread sourcing is available as an upgrade — message the team for a quote.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give us the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG works for DTF transfers. If all you have is a low-res JPEG or a photo of your patch or station flag, we can rebuild it — vector recreation is $35 if needed.
The $50 embroidery digitizing setup converts your logo into a stitch-ready embroidery file. It's a one-time fee — once your department's logo is in our system, every reorder skips this step. The fee covers files up to 10,000 stitches, which fits most department logos fine. Larger or more complex designs may require a quote adjustment.
