You can also add individual names for each recipient, which is a nice touch for new-hire welcome kits, client thank-yous, or department gifts. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) work best, but high-resolution PNG or JPEG files are fine too.

Upload your logo or artwork on this product page and add any personalization notes at checkout. We'll send you a digital proof for approval before anything goes to production. Once you approve, production runs 7-10 business days. Choose local pickup in the Reading, PA area or ship your order anywhere in the country.

What is the minimum order quantity?
There's no minimum on this custom ceramic mug, so you can order one or several hundred. Larger orders unlock bulk pricing, so reach out if you need a quote.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before we start production, so you can review logo placement, colors, and any personalization details.
What file format do you need for my logo?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). High-resolution PNG or JPEG also works. Upload your logo at checkout or email it to us after ordering.
Can I reorder this later with the same logo?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file for easy reorders. Just reach out and we'll match the original order.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).
We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).

Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days. Of course that depends on the complexity of your design, products chosen and quantity ordered.
This timeframe is only an estimate is is subject to change based on proof approval, invoice payment, size of your order and our current workload.
SHIPPING
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).
We utilize both UPS and USPS for shipments.
