Add your personalization details on the product page, including coach name, team, year, and any artwork you want included. We'll send a digital proof for your approval before production starts. Production runs 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof. Choose local pickup in the Reading, PA area at checkout or have it shipped to your door anywhere in the country.

Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before we start, so you can double-check the spelling of the coach's name and team details.
When should I order to get it in time for the end of the season?
We recommend ordering at least 2 to 3 weeks before your banquet to allow time for proof approval, production, and shipping. Let us know your event date when you order.
Can I order one or do I need to buy a set?
You can order just one. We also offer pricing breaks for team-wide orders if you're outfitting the full coaching staff or graduating seniors.
What can I personalize?
Coach name, team name, jersey numbers, weight classes, year, school colors, and roster lists are all common requests. Tell us what you'd like on the order notes.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).
We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).

Most orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Of course that depends on the complexity of your design, products chosen and quantity ordered.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).
