What file format do you need for my logo?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). High-resolution PNG or JPEG also works. Upload your logo at checkout or email it to us after ordering.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Pricing breaks apply at higher quantities, which makes this a strong option compared to a smaller 16oz tumbler or a larger 30oz tumbler when you need a consistent corporate gift. Contact us for a custom quote on larger orders.

Can I reorder this later with the same logo?

Yes. We keep your artwork on file for easy reorders. Just reach out and we'll match the original order so your next batch looks identical.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).

We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).
