Send us your text and any logo or artwork file when you order (PNG, JPG, or vector preferred). Production runs 7-10 business days after you approve the proof. You can pick up locally in the Reading, PA area or have your order shipped anywhere in the country.

What can I personalize on it?

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).
We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).
