Production runs 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof. At checkout you can choose local pickup in the Reading, PA area or shipping nationwide.

Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before we start, so you can double-check the photo, spelling, and graduation details. Nothing prints until you give the green light.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship in 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. If you need the sign for a specific reveal date or graduation party, let us know when you order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What can I personalize?
Photo, name, year, school, future plans, sport, and any short message are all common. Let us know what you'd like included in the order notes or personalization fields.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Berks Imprints offers local pickup in the Reading, Pennsylvania area, and we ship nationwide for everyone outside the region.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).
We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).

Most orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Of course that depends on the complexity of your design, products chosen and quantity ordered.
This timeframe is only an estimate is is subject to change based on proof approval, invoice payment, size of your order and our current workload.
SHIPPING
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).
We utilize both UPS and USPS for shipments.
