Artwork quality
For the cleanest result, upload a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG. Low-resolution or blurry images may engrave fuzzy or lose detail, and we produce artwork as submitted.
Production and shipping
Production generally takes 7-10 business days. Orders with a proof begin production once the proof is approved. Production time does not include shipping. Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout.

Is this real leather?
No. It's a high-quality leatherette (faux leather) that looks and feels like leather, resists water, and cleans easily.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth to keep the leatherette and engraving looking their best.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes, for a small fee. Select "Yes" for the Request a Proof? option.
Do you offer bulk pricing?

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).
We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg.ย ย If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).
