Your logo, laser engraved into a leatherette patch and heat applied on the front panel. Leatherette patch hats look sharp, read as premium and hold fine detail that embroidery can't: small text, thin lines and detailed logos all come through clean.

The New Era NE205 snapback trucker carries the New Era flag on the side, so the hat itself feels like a premium gift before your logo ever goes on it.

Choose your patch

Shape: rectangle, hex, oval or round (about 3" wide)
Leatherette color: 13 colors, from classic black/gold and rawhide to gray, white and brights. See the patch guide photo.
Oval patches are not available in Rawhide; we'll confirm your combination on the proof.

How personalization works

Pick your hat color, then choose your patch shape and color above.
Upload your logo (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG) and leave an email for your proof.
We send a free digital proof for approval before anything is made.
