Add the coach's name, your team or school name, jersey number, season year, and a short message like "Thanks Coach" or the team's record. Player roster lists work well on the back side. Send us a clean logo file (PNG, SVG, or high-resolution JPG) if you'd like a team logo included, and let us know your preferred color treatment when you order.

Add your personalization details through the product page and place your order. We'll send a digital proof for your approval, then production runs 7-10 business days after you sign off. When it's ready, choose local pickup in the Reading, PA area or have it shipped nationwide. If you have a banquet date, tell us at checkout so we can plan around it.

Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before we start, so you can double-check the spelling of the coach's name or team details.
Is this good for a team gift?

Can I order one or do I need to buy a set?
You can order just one. We also offer pricing breaks for team-wide orders if you want one for every player and coach.
When should I order to get it in time for the end of the season?
We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before your banquet or event to allow time for proof approval, production, and shipping.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).
We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).
