Production runs 7-10 business days after approval. Choose local pickup in the Reading, PA area or nationwide shipping at checkout.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Pricing breaks apply at higher quantities. Contact us for a custom quote on larger orders of personalized wine tumblers.

What file format do you need for my logo?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). High-resolution PNG or JPEG also works. Upload your logo at checkout or email it to us after ordering.

Can I reorder this later with the same logo?

Yes. We keep your artwork on file for easy reorders. Just reach out and we'll match the original order.

You must retain the rights to any logo or artwork used. We cannot engrave any professional or college sport team logos, or trademarked logos or images (without proper release from the trademark owner).

We'll need a high resolution vector file or .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, or .jpeg. If the logo is an unusable file, there will be a $50.00 design fee to convert the image (but this is rare).

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).
